You see, at the top of the site, you have all the options about your profile. For example, you can post your content, or you can even check your inbox and notifications out. Of course, the other options mostly include the ones that'll help you manage your account or whatnot.

So, overall, classic and annoying as hell stuff. Below that, you have all the content that you'll need. Keep in mind that, with this link, you'll only see adult content.
