There are two things that drive technological advancements in the digital entertainment world unlike anything else: porn and video games. It is more of a physics game than anything else. It is not a roleplaying game, it is not a quest game, it is not a puzzle game or a story game. It is a sex game, through and through. And if we evaluate Girlvania as such, it should prove to be a very impressive example of what a sex game can be.

With Girlvania, you are something of a porn god. You create the girls, customize them, more or less from the ground up. You pick your girl’s outfit (all of which are appropriately porny … see through lingerie, tiny micro skirts, bikinis that leave little to the imagination, etc.), her shoes, even her earrings and jewelry. Furthermore, you can pick out different hairstyles, hair colors, eye color, makeup style and color, etc. Customize your own dream girl of your own design.

Customizable, Highly Erotic Gameplay

While Pornsites.com truly appreciates the level of customization for which Girlvania allows, it should be noted that a further level of customization could have probably been achieved in the design of the game. There are other games, similar to Girlvania, that allow you to change the girl’s body type to your liking as well … games in which you can change body type (say, for instance, you like a curvier gal), breast size and shape, and pubic hair (style or fully shaved). On Girlvania, it does not appear as if you can do any of this (at least in the current iteration) … so, it may be a little bit ‘one size fits all’ for certain porn gamers out there.

The actual gameplay of Girlvania, however, is very interesting. Once you have crated your perfect girl, you can bring her to the actual level of your choosing (or, the ‘lounge’ as it is called in the game). Here, you can select from a few sexual scenarios. Pick solo, duo, or threesome, and then the fun can begin. As mentioned previously, it is something of a physics game. What a player must do, then, is merely click on a part of one of the girls’ bodies. A few sex acts will appear as options. Select one, and you can control the movement with your mouse.

For example, in ‘duo’ mode, your girl and another (of which you can choose from a few preset characters or make and save your own), one of the options you can choose involves your partner wearing a strap on dildo. From there, your girl is automatically bent over. You take control of the other girl, inserting the dildo in and out by simply moving your mouse back and forth. You can control speed and intensity. A Few Missed Opportunities

There are some more shortcomings, however, to take into account. For one thing, as far as Pornsites.com is able to tell, you are not able to cause your partner to orgasm. Which seems like a huge missed opportunity. One suggestion would be to add a sort of hit-power or life bar to each girl involved, indicating how close you are to achieving an orgasm. Then, when the bar is fully reached, Girlvania could reward you with a detailed, zoomed-in scene of the other character reaching climax. It would certainly help this feel a little more like a game, with a distinct goal and task to accomplish.

All in all, though, Girlvania is one of the more erotically stimulating porn games on the market. You only pay once for unlimited access to the game and you can play for as long as your heart desires offline, as it is a standalone program, not an online streaming game.
