It's unclear why there hasn't been a facelift or total redesign of Truth or Dare Pics (perhaps it's an 'if it isn't broke, don't fix it,' mentality) but at any rate, it has to be done. Failing to do so may bottleneck its community and keep new members from joining. For such a unique adult site, that would be a travesty.
