Holed is a premium porn site focusing on anal porn that trends towards the hardcore, though it doesn’t go quite as far as some painful extreme porn sites. The Videos Are Great, But What About Everything Else?

The home page of the members-only section of holed gives you several ways to browse their collection. First and foremost is the listing of the latest scenes on the site. On some porn sites, even those behind a paywall, this is a fairly risky way to explore the site’s library due to the disparities in quality between videos, but that isn’t the case with Holed. Nearly every single scene on the site is excellent in terms of production values and in the quality of the sex scenes, making this part of the site a fairly safe bet. The real focus of Holed’s navigation is in the “Scenes” tab at the top of the page. This gives you access to powerful sorting and filtering tools that will allow you to make quick work of the site’s vast catalog. Not only can you sort by release date, popularity, view count, or title, but you can also filter the library by time period. You can filter by the female porn stars, too, and, if you’re a member of the entire network, even include other related sites in your filter.

The site also has a search function, which unfortunately falls short of its true potential. While it does sometimes return relevant content, it far too often fails to provide an adequate number of accurate results. This is probably due to a confusing shortcoming in the site's design—there are no categories, tags, or other descriptors to speak of. Not only does this remove the possibility of browsing through the site's catalog using these metrics, but it also removes a large portion of the potential metadata that a search function would use as its raw material. This membership does, however, renew at a rate slightly higher than any other plan offered by Holed, so it’s recommended that you either cancel your membership or manually switch subscriptions rather than let it renew automatically.

For thirty dollars per month, ten dollars less than what the trial membership renews at, Holed will grant you access to its full library on a month-to-month basis. If, however, you think you’ll be sticking around for more than a couple of months, you’ll be better off switching to the three-month membership that works out to roughly twenty dollars per month.

The savings get even deeper with a year-long commitment—dropping down to just under ten dollars a month. Due to the fact that there is definitely enough content and frequent enough updates to make Holed worth visiting for at least a full year, if not more, this is likely the best membership option for most prospective members—though, as usual, Pornsites.com recommends checking out the trial membership first, just to be safe.

Unlimited downloads of the entire hold library are included at no additional cost with each membership, as is flawless access on desktops, laptops, and smartphones. Access to a family of sites related to Holed, while not included, is offered on a one-time-payment basis, rather than having to subscribe to each additional site in perpetuity. The price varies depending on offers and sales, but typically stands somewhere between one hundred and fifty dollars and about a third of that price.

The related sites, which include famous and excellent sites like Passion HD, Tiny 4K, and Casting Couch X, go a long way towards expanding the value of Holed. It’s a little bit disappointing that they’re not included in any of the membership plans, but if you time the one-time purchase right, the package is affordable enough that it really skyrockets the value of a Holed membership.

To finish things off, Holed also offers a number of deals to several other porn sites and networks. These include some of the biggest names in the industry, like Team Skeet, Reality Kings, and Blacked, all offered at fair prices. In many cases, however, these deals will be cheaper than the month-to-month subscriptions at the sites themselves but not as affordable as the long-term membership plans, so make sure that you always comparison shop before jumping in.

A Difficult Decision

Hold represents the best and the worst of the porn sites. As always, it’s a non-starter if a porn site doesn’t succeed in its most important component—the videos—so it’s good to see that Holed doesn’t let its members down there. But beyond that, there are a few frustrating drawbacks and omissions.

The site lacks basic navigation features that have been a part of porn sites for literally a quarter of a century, like tags and categories. On top of that, the search function is nearly useless, and the video playback is as basic as it gets. Still, despite this, the site manages to work better than expected, largely due to being carried by the universally impressive quality of its videos.
